One of the nation’s largest and oldest social service providers, serves the five boroughs of New York City, and Westchester. With 175 programs, 2,400 staff, and 55,000 people in need served every year, JBFCS needed a strategy to help align their vast array of services, coalesce their brand and, ultimately, tell one, cohesive story about their agency and the vital work they do.
